Pajero 3 4M41 ME191920 IMMO OFF

Need help with IMMO OFF on Pajero 3, 4M41.
With PCMFlash read the firmware (files CM2028 and TM2809). CM2028 -- ECU, TM2809 -- TCU.
I'm try immo off in file pajero3_immo_off_no_verify.bin
Is it correctly set?
