iProg+ C8 Init Error

Hi! I have purchased an iProg+ programmer today, to reset airbags of my volvo c30 2007 1.6d. I am using VOLVO CAN V1.01 script inside the software and a CAN-OBD2 cable. It throws me C8 init error. What could that mean? (POWER ON... CAN ADAPTER OK.... INIT ERROR! C8). I am a beginner, thank you in advance. :rolleyes-new:

After spamming the READ EEprom button and forcing the obd slot a little further (it was really stiff), it finally said INIT OK, but now INITALIZATION.... INIT ACCESS ERROR. Any help here?
