I was able to open Honda CB1000R dash and it has nano chip 93c76 inside
kindly find attached photos might be helpful to someone,

Hello, slide the razor all round to remove glue ,
then use kitchen knife and screw driver to pull
it up slowly like opening ecu with silicon bcos
silicon is holding it down
