Trafic 2.0 dci egr problem

Renault Traffic 2.0 dci
DF209 fault present all the time , and limp mode with check(spiral) lamp on
I've checked the fuses and I checked there is no 12+ at the connector I dont have a diagram.
When i drive the car and I reset the fault while driving the car gets power and goes good untill the check lamp returns with the egr related fault .
So my problem is limp mode is it possible to disable the egr completly and unplug Im asking for a tested solution please .
Other then that i would order new one but im not sure if it would fix my problem .

Try to connect egr plug back if not...and cut one of wire from actuator (+ or -) and test. Also check if any other DTC error appear...

I think that new egr will not delete this error. I recommend to make egr off file and try...if the first option don't help you.

Thank you I've tried unplugged and plugged but limp mode all time ,I have other similar egr from renault 1.5 dci Tried to plug in but dtc still there . I would be happy with egr off since its old car can you confirm is possible?

I can confirm that new EGR will not make anything better about clearing DF209 error. I think that it will be still there. EGR OFF solution is the best way....I think. Like I said turn EGR connector plug ON his place....and try to cut one wire (plus or minus) from actuator and see what's going on with car and with dtc errors. If this not working....then it is logical to make EGR off....beacuse car is old and you don't have problems with law. ;)

You can always back to original state if EGR OFF don't work.

Yeah I will go straight egr off ,lets see if we find someone who can do it !

This ECU is EDC16C36....and it can have a lot of problems with limp mode activation. If Mr. Hayssam1 file not working correctly, I make for you my version of EGR off, because you are my ''zemljak''. If you need it...just ask me in PM for password.

Your file is working ,after write no limp mode but I still have some hesitation sometimes when accelarating but no fault ,Im gonna have to tear them cabels apart and take a good look since I doubt this would hesitate cause the absence of the egr

I've checked the cables much as nothing , but car wont go over 90 km/h and it has hesitating arround 3k rpm Ima go open the egr now check if internal damage inside.

Maybe there is a blockage in the system. Clean the dirt

I'm sure it cant go past 90 km/h and its electrical the car goes well to 90 but loses instantly power when it hits 90 km/h.
Other than that I changed the vaacum solenoid and car is going much better but still cant get past 90 km/h.
