Fiat Ducato Airbag light is on. Fault code B0100

Hi,
I have a Fiat Ducato where the Airbag light is on and the Fault code:
B0100 Airbag control module faulty permanently is present.

Is there anyone who can explain why this happens?
Also attach EEPROM data if anyone has the knowledge to fix the error.

Model year:l 2014
Part Number Airbag module: 1370978080
EEPROM mask : 564WQ ST K345
