I need to sync CEM-ECU after battery dead from Volvo V70 (2006 my, 2.4 Gasoline).
In the attachment dumps from CEM and ECU.

What are the errors and current data in the CEM block? Your dumps show the status (prohibited from launching). You will need to fix the dumps.
