Need a quick check on a free E280 Stage 1 tune

Hey, I got a free Stage 1 file for my W211 E280 3.2L CDI. I’m a bit skeptical about using it, since it was free, and just want to know how bad it can be. Also noticed it doesn't have the checksum corrected. I know that free tune files won't be the best and I’m not expecting anything great. If anyone can take a look and let me know what they think, I’d really appreciate it. Thanks!:shakehands:

The mod file looks ok, checksum is usually made by the writing tool, sometimes some tools give error if the checksum is corrected outside!

Oh I see. I was just planning to do this on my own car with a Kess V2 clone, so I'm going to avoid relying on the clone’s uncertain checksum handling. Thanks a lot for the help!
