Having studied the Toyota "New Car Features" and Repair Manual for radar dynamic cruise control, I have a reason to believe the upper limit on the cruise control set speed is governed by the HV Control ECU and not the Driving Support ECU.
I've never seen a reference to modifying the program data on this ECU.
Just wondering, does Toyolex adjust the CRUISE CONTROL maximum set speed? I'm pretty sure that's different from VMax. But maybe VMax is stored in the HV Control ECU so that might be a helpful start.
