Mate none of the mentioned programmers work on this mcu. ETL have originaly designed a special programmer for this type of mcu. You need to remove the mcu a solder to the programmers adapter. We are talking about 68hc705e6 28 pin dil smd right??? If thats the one you will need a special programmer. Hope this helps

then connect 6 volts where the battery are placed. then connect the 5, pin from upa and the 14,15,28 pin to -6 from battery, then at menu from upa you must choose the frequency 2 mhz to read. with that you can read the mcu.

wont work i think, is secured chip?

i read eis 1 and 2,read esl 1 and 2 ,no troubles ,but in the key ,have dificults with this theme

have virgin files o renew ,i no haves star diagnose ,

have upa usb ,omega prog ,and ak 400 new ,no used never(comming last monday ) ,NO HAVES STAR DIAGNOSES

is my 1erst experience in this cars
how method before?

From your post , your car seems to be a W210, if thats correct, you do not need to do anything to the ECU, post your EIS dumps and i give you a working key file, also only erase/reset your ESL and do not write anything back into it

I have used your EIS files to generate another for you, write the files EZS1 and 2 to EIS1 and 2 and the key files to your keys, i gave just 2 keys files so use any. You do not need to virgin your ECU since its W210, and you do not need to use STAR just start car.

for me i use XPROG
you must lift pin 1,12 and 15
and for the frequency mercedes key have 2 : 2MHZ and 4MHZ chek the quartz ....

Use Xprog-M it will work 100%
just lift PIN1 (VppR) and connect Xprog on MCU pin not board ( guess this is logical for you).
check Frequency of crystal and set in Xprog option "environment" that should be : 2000000Hz or 4000000 Hz.

I have read lots of toyota immo and MB keys with HC05E6 SMD 28 with Xprog-M.

I can help you with key calculation too, if you need for toyota.

If still no start then check ECU eeprom ,maybe sync bytes are not ok. They should be : 32 39

Thats strange too... But he identified as 4C and key is in dump as master key ,maybe first models are same as corrola.

I tried the first dump but it did not work so i removed the ECU and read the 93c56 in it and here its posted. Same immo problem code of B2799 (Engine Immobilizer system Malfunction)

I dont see sync bytes in ecu dump. What is the ecu type? Denso or Bosch motronic? pls give partnumber too.

Thats a herculean task my friend as the label is removed , i have attached pix of ECU incase anyone has seen such and would know what make it is.
I read the same chip with different programmers and got different results. first with UPA 8bits, UPA 16bits and now with EEPROM programmer .check attached rar file

Sync bytes are 100% wrong so problem is between ECU and immo, not keys.
The "hani" file is read well. I have made new ecu file, but sync bytes can be flipped or shuffled 1 position back.

I am having the same problems as sogaro reading the hco5 with x-prog v5 clone,i have seen 2 different diagrams for the connection,i have lifted the irq,rst,pb1,pb0 and pc3 pins but no success,could someone please confirm the correct way to connect to read this one,

I think you can resolve this problem by buying yourself an EEPROM programmer like i did after so much stress trying to read and lots of support which unfortunately could not solve my problem then.

Ok , so you mean the last diagram posted is working for you if you connect pin 8,17 to Pin 28 (Gnd).
