Hello friends. I need to make a stage 1 to a skoda superb 2008 with edc17cp14.
I made the ID and asked someone to send me the matching VR file for writing with kess v2 clone. I have the VR file now, but checked with davinci and the hw and sw doesnt completely match with original id of the car. Can someone check if I can write this VR file safely on this ecu? I will post the original ID from the car and the VR file that I got from the forum and help me figure out if they match and I can write. Thanks.

yes, with kess OBD and VR vag ecu you can only start from VR file, make your mod and write OBD.
you cannot read bench/boot and write OBD.
if you read boot/bench need write only boot/bench.
with VR file you can work only OBD
