How to Connect Dream Box DMA 100 to PC by USB cable

I just bought a Dream Box DMA 100

I want to view Echostar 119,110 Satelite.

For that purpose I have to flash the receiver and have to upload a certain file by a Loader XLoader_v32

To connect DMA 100 to PC by USB cable, Need USB driver.
I searched the driver and found
CP210x_VCP_Win_XP_S2K3_Vista_7

Installed this driver. but Computer not connecting DMA BOX
I tried auto detect COM Port. But failed to detect.
How to Solve this problem
