Ok you started this thread, you are the nearset, to these people, you
can go round with a spray can, brick, bill board whatever you want, and make sure they are aware of Digital-Kaos. We really could do with members who are as good as PermiarD for milage 'correction'
Thanks for the post, can anybody download it so it can be viewed after 60 days?

Thanks

Cool, try selling them in insigma or vectra c :vollkommenauf:

So did the bbc 'steal' the car back?

well at least know that tv license fee is 'well spent'

1) M-H-M Really do feel guilty when we ever fit a secondhand speedo head
and the milage is wrong a) Just looks shit as far as customer is
concerened b) would be nice to charge the punter extra to set
milage at (+/- 50 ish miles) of what it came in at.

2) Yes Justy22 REALLY does have bad luck jump starting cars with
flat batterys, since joining DK and reading other peoples post's
about VIN's, keys EWS, airbags etc being wiped, have purposly
let flat batterys go even flatter, just to see what damage can cause
had a BMW in last week, guy was a tw*at battery not very good
jump-pack is about knackered, didn't manage to screw up the ews.

Last winter (dark at closing time) pulled up an '07 Passat, locked
up then though, bo*ocks left the side lights on, as Daddy said
(before he died) "Don't worry they will go out when the battery
is flat" So off i went home. Next morning, ALL the outside lights
are 'pulsing' had to use the 'emergency key' to get in, jump pack
fired up, left running 5 mins, the owner came, fired instantly up (bonus)
off they went, no problems.

So perhaps we could buy Justy22 a battery saver for xmas lol

3) Had a play with the OP-Com got last DECEMBER for the first time
last week, got pissed off with the job & wound the milage up and
down a few times and left it low, was something like 105044 ish
we told the '*****stmer we had to reset every thing, lost the bit of
paper with milage was on' OH it was DEFANTLY 68000 miles - my arse
was it. (sales car - trader)
