Alfa 147 EDC16C39 Immo off please

Hi guys!, well I'm working in an alfa romeo 147 JTD, i need immo off this car by the ecu, well i have tried with SCP 6.5 and the program says that the file selected not if for the ecu family, i don't know if the file is corrupt because the car have the key and the module ok!, i think that is this memory the problem.....well the data is:

Bosch

1037379005

EDC16C39

Memory of Immo is M95640

Read the file in Bl with BDM or serial (file size 2Mb)
