Dreambox - No Channels

New to to this and have 500c, getting channels but not any of the Sky channels. Any ideas? Thanks for your help.

Appears to be a few people having these problems.

I would recommend a powerscan should pick them up ok.

Thanks bualoo41. Did another scan have Sky2, 3, Arts, News, etc but no Sky1. Will try again tomorrow.
