got flashed in speed camera this morning. ba***rds. thing is, i was driving towards camera, but another car hasd just passed camera coming the other way. ive heard these camera's can only get u if youve passed them and are driving away from it, any one know if this is true?...

It depends on which type of camera it is. Square box with a square flash opening only works in one direction. If it had 2 round openings then it works in both directions.
If you get a letter within 2 weeks then they got you, over 2 weeks & they can't charge you or it wasn't loaded.

The same thing happened to me a couple of months ago
but it was the other car going away from the camera that got done,I think you should be ok if it was a on facing camera it would not flash in your face.
instead a red light comes on.

Canker its a square box, has a flash, really old camera, been there for years... think im ok..

your ok mate thats not an oncoming camera. that camera only catches cars going away from it your safe no need to worry.
