Renault megane Scenic immo

Hi, I need immo off on Renault Megane Scenic 1,9 diesel 1998, ECU is Lucas R04080011C, HOM 7700104956.I don't know when is immo in ecu,have a motorola proc mask 0f11n(hc11L6), and 5 circuit with 8 legs.I search a 25160 but I don't find.Have a solution?
