Hello all,
I'm new to this forum and have had a looka round to see if I can find a solution to this problem but havent found anything.
I have a dreambox DM600 PVR with a technomate TM2200 motor. I can find channels (services) on 13 degrees and on 19.2 degrees. However on every channel i go to, i cannot get rid of the message Please wait while the motor is turning to 13.0 ... I get the exact same message on all 19.2 degree channels and still says Please wait while the motor is turning to 13.0 ...

Why does it want to move the motor to 13 degrees on a 19.2 degree channel?

I am on cccam 2.0.9

Also, i try to search for channels on 28.2 degrees but it never finds any services?
Can someone help me out on what i need to do to resolve this?

You need to give us some more information on how you have your motor setup on the dreambox. As in are you using the gotoxx function or the motor input power setting?

The 28.2 problem might be a poorly aligned dish

Hello, I am not using the gotoxx function as I dont know how to use it.
Satellite config is set to many satellites via diseqc rotor

motor settings are:
use gotoxx function is unchecked
i have 5 satelites in there.
1 /13.0e
3 / 16.0e
2 / 19.2e
18/ 28.2e
8 / 1.0w

the numbers are based on the motor table that came with the technomate motor document.

Just as a newbie used to dealing with TM's..the same thing happens to me..I have to shut down the power and restart. Sometimes I have to go to the motor menu to get it to kick in, i.e. nudge it a bit west or east, to bring life to the motor and the settings, and invariably they are off for all sats, so all sats seem to need a nudge or two! Not great I know, but it seems to work..it's easier to do on TM's but that's another discussion. Ps 28E is about the strongest sat in UK, so I think you might not be pointing at that dish, it should clear fine!

Thanks for the info. I will try to nudge it and see if that helps. I had a local satellite installation company set it up for me. I told them that I wanted Hotbird, premiere and sky. He did mention that he got a good signal on all when he set it up but i can never get a lock on the 28.2

Powering off and then back on has taken away the Please wait message. All i need now is to get 28.2 and 1 degrees west sorted. So you guys think the my dish aint alligned?

Can i not move the direction slightly east or west to see if i get a lock?
