More help needed

Need more help please, having just discovered you can now get Sky1 and the all the other missing channels I did a clean install on both my old starview1 & starview 3 boxes. Used ex C&W problem is got all the new channels on the starview 1 but not on the starview3 ! please can someone explain why

Are you sure they are not in channels named TvCh or similar. Are you scanning from the same feed you used for the SV1?

Either way take the frequencies from the SV1 and do a manual scan with them on the SV3, if you cannot find them.

thanks satsmo, meant to say it's a box super not starview 3. will search all the bics etc for them and yes it's the same feed, would the fact im using a splitter make any difference?

Yes take the splitter out when scanning, use the direct feed. The Box Super is an SV3. Do you mean a Box Super USB which is an SV4. Confusing when it comes to Starviews and names I know :)

yep its a sv3 just me being stupid will take the splitter out and try again. thanks again for your help
