It depends what files are within the ISO. Maybe Vob already?
You can burn ISO's directly to DVD/CD using nero. Or mount the (ISO) image using something like MagicISO.

Power ISO is another fancy tool you might be able to use?

thanks all for the much needed advice.i burnt a disc using magic iso but couldnt play it on any of my dvd players and the lappy woudnt pick it up also.you can see visibly somethings burnt onto it.ive tried nero but it coulnt determine what format the file was in.im converting it to avi by using avs but its taking over 6 hours to do maybe 1.5 hours of playtime.
ill probably do me back in doing this ZUMBA thing and end up in casualty on traction.:banghead:

if you have nero, launch nero burning rom (not start smart), close any pop up windows, click on "file/open", browse to iso file, click burn. i had same problem. asked pretty much identical question to yours on another forum and got this reply, worked perfectly for me.

better still why not use an iso mounting tool to establish what is in the iso?.
You can also play the contents in tools that dont support iso's because the mounted iso acts like a real Cd/DVD.
i use the following on W7 64bit
SlySoft Virtual CloneDrive (http://www.slysoft.com/en/virtual-clonedrive.html)
you can also use (and i have in the past) daemon tools (lite version is free)

i suspect you burnt the iso to the disc as a file rather than using it as an image.
use imgburn, its fast free and supported. select "write image to disc" and point it to the iso, then burn and that should work. if it doesnt maybe its the media.
once burnt (and if having issues) list the contents of the disc in a post here and we'll advise...infact do that for the disc you already burnt.

Yes WinRAR may extract iso files but if it doesn't then I would suggest PowerISO that usually works for me, imgBurn will work as well.
Now an iso file is a compressed file like a zip or a rar file. If you are trying to burn the contents of this file to a CD/DVD it will depend on the format of these files. You may need to extract all these files to a folder of your choice first. I think vob are video files. If they are avi, wmv or vob, any type of video file then as suggested I would use VSO Convertxtodvd. Its an excellent program for burn any video files to the DVD format. ;)

The best thing to burn iso files is Ultra ISO www.ezbsystems.com/ultraiso/ (http://www.ezbsystems.com/ultraiso/), you can use it free but you do get the message saying to buy but that does not stop you using it
