Trying to flash the dm800, I get this message:
too much data (or bad sectors) in partition 3 (end: 04000000, pos: 04000000)
Who knows what this means, Hardware?

I did't say reboot ! i sayed Rehot ! if you have some electronic knowldge & have tools then use "Hot Air Station" & rehot Flash chip for 30-40 sec with 350C temperature ! after that retry with software i think you will have some results diffrent

Thanks for your answer, but I would prefer the warranty option first....

you can repair bad sectors using dreamup.
click on extras/dm800/recover bad sectors.
