I have a dm800hd clone with L3 tuner and a inline amp. The inline amp fixed the breakups i had on Sky1 HD, SS1 HD, NAT GEO HD and a few others but now i get tune failed on Luxe TV HD and some HD channels Like ESPN HD and Discovery HD still break up. Can someone tell me how to carry out the Capacitor fix? And will it work alongside the AMP?

Yes. I now receive all the channels with no breakup ! My 20db amp was a failure compared to this one.
