ipod and car radio

I have a wharfedale car car radio and it came with a ipod cable for connecting to my ipod.I lost it and cannot find a similiar cable anywhere.It had usb and jack connection on one end and ipod interface on the other.It allowed me to control ipod with radio controls.
Anyone got a spare one?
