Athan

Hi everyone, I want to ask you if anyone has ever seen an unidentified flying object? I want to know about their appearance, do they really exist and anything more that would be related to them. So, if anyone has any info on them, kindly share it.

The same here, it is indeed hard to say about their existence. There have been many discussions on this topic and it still goes on. There have been sightings on them and it has been reported on various places. For more information, you can browse the sources that hold information for them; one which I recently visited The Secret UFO Reports (http://www.ufo-sightings-evidence.com/) which had good material on them.

I've not seen one either....I did experience something that I thought was strange a few months ago in the middle of the night though....it was 2 30 in the morning and I was having a cigarette at the window last thing before I went to bed and obviously it was dark outside, however all of a sudden the whole sky lit up and flashed so bright it was dawn for a moment....I put it down to a thunderstrike however there was no rumble, no rain, no wind and no lightning strike that I could see....the whole sky just lit up for a second or two....it probably was a lightning strike or some kind of lightning anomaly but it was weird since there was nothing to suggest or assosiate with a thunderstorm and it was a perfectly calm and mild night too.......

There was another time when I'd had a night out on the ale and I stayed over at my brother's house that night and in the morning at about 7 am (it was daytime) I swear to god the loudest thunderstrike I have ever heard in my life occured, it woke me up instantly and scared the crap out of me as I wasn't expecting it and honestly it was that loud and sudden I seriously thought a bomb had gone off down the road at first! lol

well i have

I'm in the military (air traffic control) and a UFO (not a alien spaceship but a Unidentified Flying Object) got within 2 miles of the base i was controling at.. It did not show up on Radar but did appear to move rapidly.. It was a bright Orange ball shaped Object.....

Was also reported by 3 aircraft that were airborne at the time..

Happened 2 more times in 6 weeks..

The last time it happened it stopped quite quickly..

Turns out it was bored village kids.. they had constructed a 15ft hellium filled balloon that supported a basket.. in this basket they had a million candle power torch that had an orange filter on..

They thought it would be a laugh...

I once worked with a colleague who stated his mum had seen a UFO. She illegedly saw an extremly bright light foolwoing by a deep bellowing tone; whilst camping out in hills in Cornwall. Two minutes later she saw a figure appear behind some trees at the top of this hill behind a large oak tree. The figure became clearer and clearer as the figure approached her tent.

She cowered back into the tent and didnt move all night as strange noises came from the other side of the hill. When she awoke in the morning she ventured up onto the hill with her (wimpy) husband only to find a building site. She had only saw the lights from a large and expensive mansion being built and the lights and sounds coming from the security lights and security men as the outline of the figure she saw.

UFO`s do not exist.

i agree i dont know for fact but i do agree sort of

i think its madness to think we are the only things in the whole of space but as in ufo sightings here on earth i believe them all to be made up

is there other species flying about in other galaxies there must be as i dont believe there is only us i dont think its possible when you think every stars a sun and what have you

I've seen plenty of UFO's.....objects that i do not know what they were but they were definetly there as other people saw the exact same thing. Im not saying i see 'wee green men' but i am saying that there are things out there that no one can seem to explain, therefore they result in being 'unidentified'. Next time its a really clear night, go outside when its nice and dark and find somewhere that there is very little light polloution like in the countryside. Find a nice spot and just stare at the sky. It will amaze you what you see moving about up there....it really makes you think.

depends what you mean by UFO
little green men? no
strange assed man made? yes... i live in northern ireland and theres a little hell hole called larne not to far from me where in summer on late afternoons you can see some strange stuff
its on the main flyover from one of the usaf stopover points in the mainland uk to the states and often people gather to watch weird (presumably american) aircraft fly over (google it - larne+ufo+aircraft as keywords)
i have seen a large aircraft flying overhead flanked by 2x f18's following what looked like a tanker or large transport plane, shape of the 'UFO' was similar to what some sites describe as aurora. but without the 'doughnut on a string' contrail.

they dont even seem to be too bothered about being seen as they fly quite low - low enough to make out markings on the fighter escorts
lot of people claim to have seen even weirder aircraft there but thats the only one i saw

Seen lots of stuff that I can't explain. I grew up in rural Ireland so the sky at night during the winter/spring is crystal clear. I always loved staring up at the stars.

The one that stands out the most was a light that travelled across the nights sky, stopped and changed direction about five times before disappearing off into space at the speed of a shooting star. It wasn't a satellite, aircraft, meteor or a shooting star. Humans don't have the technology to travel at those speeds and stop instantly for 3-5 secs and then bolt off in the opposite direction. Then repeat this a few more times, sometimes slower and sometimes faster. This was an object that was making controlled movements at a speed we can only achieve by chucking an object into orbit around the sun (Helios 1 and 2). Two of us seen it and to this day neither of us know what the hell it was.

In 1980 our town and all neighbouring towns saw a large object in the sky with glowing lights, I'll try and Google the news story....

(No it wasn't a plane, lol)

I have! It was in 1978, in Swansea. I went outside the front door to cool down a bit cause we had a real open coal fire in those days very warm . Middle of January. The roads were quiet at the time about 8 in the evening.
I looked up at these ligts coming over the top of the hill opposite where I lived. At this moment, my younger brother came out the door and I said to him look how low that plane is, he said that it is not a plane as it has no engine noise, I then said It is going to slow as well. The lights were similar to those of a plane i.e. red and white but it was omly doing 20 mph at the time.

It swooped down the valley and was about 200 feet above our house and travelled up our road and dissappeared over the next hill and that was all we saw of it.

The next night the Evening post had lots of reports from witnesses.
A woman had reportef looking out her beroom window where an object the size of a double decker bus was hovering just above the house across the road.
The Police were inundated with phone calls, but the local coastguard said that what people saw was a meteorite shower.

I know what I saw and I can only desribe these lights as a silent helicopter, is, was this possible back then? We will never know I guess!

Hi, I have never told this to no one and feel kind of ridiculous in telling this but I will share it.

I am currently 57 years old and when I was 22 years old a strange thing happened to me while I was driving from Texas to California while I was in the Marine Corp.
It was about 3:00am in the Mourning on a Saturday when I just past Flagstaff, Arizona going back to Camp Pendelton while on leave is when it happened .
I was driving down a desert road and suddenly I saw a bright light out of nowhere's which at that time had no street lights so I pulled over to see what it was and when I pulled over and got out of the car I saw a bright light very high in the sky and it got closer and closer and then suddenly a beam of light which was very bright shinned only on me which gave me a very bad headache and disappeared I can't explain what it was nor can I explain where it went because all I saw was a bright light , I can only explain it this way" Have you ever took a flash light and pointed it directly to your eye, well thats the way I describe it" It's what happened years after that encounter of what I can't explain.
From my first encounter to present I can do things and know things that I shouldn't know because I took no special teachings or schooling to learn those thing's .
I have through my life so far can build computers and work on anything electrical or mechanical without ever taking it apart before but yet have the knowledge to do it which I can't explain it .
People , Please believe me when I say I am no crack pot or someone looking for attention . I have devulged this part of me which has been secret all my life and I can not say I was visited by E.T's or a flying Saucer all I am saying is there are force's out there which guide's us and shape's the destiny of the human race so please don't have a closed mind and feel we are the only race of life forms in all the galaxys and thank you for reading and to those skeptics out there who is reading this ,then here is a little logic, You are reading these sites on Paranormal and UFO's because you yourself believe in UFO's and Paranormal activity or accurance's so ponder on that!

Hmm, the aliens gave you superhuman knowledge, but left out the ability to spell or use grammar correctly.

So you kept it a secret for 35 years, not telling anybody and you finally decided to break your silence.
Not to your family
Not to the military

Not to a doctor
Not to a ufo expert
Not even to a website dealing with kooks like you.
No, you chose to divulge the destiny of mankind to a cable ans satellite forum....

Was trawling the web earlier and found some amusing stuff. Apparently the aliens that keep visiting us are emissaries of satan and are posing as our friends and advising our governments on how to defeat the evil invader when he comes.
Who is the evil invader?
None other than Jesus Christ.
He's returning to Earth in a spaceship and Satan convincing the worlds governments to destroy him.

Yeah, I take your point, maybe he should have said "In my opinion".

But the point I was trying to make is that it's silly to ask someone who has stated that ufo's do not exist for hard evidence, unless there is already hard evidence that ufo's do exist. (Of which there is none).

There are lots of things that do not exist, but try providing hard evidence of that to someone who wants to believe in one of them. It's impossible.

UFO's for example.

Hi Guys,
I saw something I cannot explain in December 1974. I was an engineer in the merchant navy and we had left Auckland New Zealand at around 20:00hrs. At 14 miles out to sea I saw a light about 2 miles astern of us. As I watched the light it ascended vertically into the clouds around 1,000 feet in three seconds, the light then grew bigger and brighter lighting up the whole sky and sea beneath it. It then descended to sea level and moved towards the ship coming up on the port side. At about 50 yards I realised it was literally a huge flying disc about 80 to 100 feet in diameter with lights flashing in sequence around the circumference. It made no sound and did not disturb the water below. I was literally 150 feet from it. When it came along side amidships it side stepped altering direction to the North and disappeared into the night. It did not show up on radar. For those people who say they are non believers, scientists tell us there are more sun's in our universe than grains of sand on every beach on this planet. Are we so naieve as to believe we are the only life in the universe. Open your minds.

Ive seen something freaky with a buddy of mine, he had just split from his ex and we took a walk up the local hills (hes a T-Totaler so getting bevvied was out) walking back down something purple turning to green flashed in the sky, high up in the upper atmosphere.

we just looked at each other to see if either of us would figure the other was insane if he fessed up, then burst out laughing.

dont know what to this day it was, i figure it was ust a meteor blowing up in the atmosphere.

As for UFO's if got to wonder if i owned a spaceship and visited another world, the last thing on my mind would be to pick up rednecks and anal probe em.
i mean im down for all kinds of freaky but thats pushing the boat out a bit far.

Yes I have seen many U.F.O.'s , UFO meaning unidentified flying object which is in fact anything that you are not fully sure of the explanation.......

My advice to you would be to rephrase your question as i think you are trying to ask a different question ie

"Has anyone ever seen an alien spacecraft"

However due to the sensitive nature of this area people are reluctant to share their experiences as the biggest tool that any other lifeforms have to debunk our sighting stories is simply the fact that anyone that tells their story is inevitably going to be classified as insane , so unfortunately the majority of information that you seek is locked away in numerous branches of grey matter and all that you attract are the stories of comediens and anebriated folk... hence the flying teacup

UFO's and Miracles never happen or appear in Times Square or Piccadilly Circus could someone explain to me why this does not happen. Miracles always happen in the sticks. Are they a means of creating a tourist boom?
UFO's never come close enough to be properly 'pictured'. Every UFO pic is blurred, confused and generally do not have many witnesses.

An Alien was reported seen and heard at a filling station recently. It was shouting at a petrol pump, 'If you take your ***** out off your ear you will hear what I am saying'.:roflmao:

any planet that can support life is too far away for them to be coming for a visit anytime soon
wormhole travel if it even exists would probably not allow for living things to go through
so if flying saucers exist they must be comming from somewhere on earth

I saw one in west Wales once, me and 3 of my friends saw it, we were lying on a beach just after dark watching the stars, it was a huge cigar shaped object with a strip of 5 lights underneath it. It was at least 5 or 6 times the size of a passenger airliner and glided through the air silently. suddenly it stopped dead and the 2 back lights became more and more brighter until they were a brilliant bright white, kinda like the light you get when you burn magnesium, if you can remember that from school. These lights were obviously connected to its propulsion system because the object went straight up and was out of sight in seconds. Not many people believe me so I'm always glad I had 3 friends confirming what I saw.

I just love this shit, joking aside you can never be too naive to think we are the only living beings in existance, considering the many variations of planets that could support some life there is no fast and hard rule to say they all have to have 2 ears 2 eyes 2 legs and 2 arms.
Me and my brother do astronomy in a casual manner not obsessive and find the universe fascinating.

I've seen something, when I was a kid. In night sky for a split second was flash in form half an glowing orb. And in instant it disappeared. And once more many years later I've seen a huge 'star' near the Moon. It was very bright and was moving with speed of the Moon. I observed it for 10 minutes, then I was bored and gone to do something else. When I looked in the sky after a while it was gone.
I believed then it was UFO. Now I really don't now.

I've seen plenty of Unidentified Flyng Objects, just none have been aliens. Although I do beleive in life in outer space, we just have to find it, or let them come to us..

Hi everyone, I want to ask you if anyone has ever seen an unidentified flying object? I want to know about their appearance, do they really exist and anything more that would be related to them. So, if anyone has any info on them, kindly share it.

Well one day I thought I had but it turned out to be a satellite breaking up and re-entering

We moved to our present house in September 2000, around October time, my daughter and I were on the back garden it was about 9 to 10 pm
From the east side of the property looked over to a large house through the trees I could see what looked like a motor bike head light shining through the trees, but it was at a height of about 40feet from ground level, I could see it moving towards us so I then thought it must be a helicopter but there was no sound.
We watched it for what would have been about 4 to 5 minutes, but I had noticed there was no sound.
we had been taking before and after photos of the new house so the camera was in the kitchen, I ran in and got the camera my daughter shouted me ?dad its coming closer I ran outside and looked up it came towards us at would seem about 30mph we could see a dark triangular shape about the size of four double Decker buses, it came directly above the house, and turned a sharp 90o to the north, without backing or gradual turn. I took aim with the camera and got the chimney stack and aerial it had accelerated so quickly that it had gone with the blink of an eye.
I?m not a crank and I look at thinks logically and this was no aircraft that, well lets say (what the public know about) I looked through the local paper, and listened to the radio to see if anyone had re[ported it, but I know for a fact I wasn?t going top be classed as a nutty professor.
So yes I do believe in UFO?s and its sent me a bit nutty because I started to write a story

Plenty mate and this is true.

A cafe near to my first flat was run by a wee Chinaman (cracking bloke) but his cooking was shit. Every lazy Sunday I used to go for breakfast and used to get an "unidentified frying object". One week burnt egg, sausage, black pudding the list is endless.

Hi All,
some of those responses nearly made me wet myself laughing. The fact of the matter is that I for one would like a definate Yes or No to the existance of aliens. I recon there must be aliens cause of certain interesting occurances over the centuries, for instance how did Accupuncture originate ? I'm sure it wasn't a bunch of Chinese guys boozed up at a barby and one stabbed the other in the arm with a pin then discovered the pain in his foot disappeared, leading to more stabs etc etc. No I say, to add to that they also had the body mapped out with nerves, viens and arteries. All of this some 5000 years before we had doctors. No !!! It has to be of alien doing, even the Chinese call themselves Celestial Beings.I could go on, you know, the Pyramids =Aliens, Easter Island stones= Aliens, Ruts in the ground only viewable from above in South America = Aliens etc etc. How come UFO sightings happen in USA and Europe mainly and not in Asian countries or 3rd world countries ??? Good question eh !!! I at least want to see an Alien before I kark it.
Keep looking NASA and bring back the Sputnik.
Regards........John

Seems rather boring.

I think it would be more unlikely that there was no such thing as ufos then they are

considering how advanced they would be to travel millions of miles to get to earth im sure they would probably be able to cloak themselves so they could not be seen

they are probably above you right now

yes they are stars
about 100 thousand million stars in the Milky Way alone.

Outside that, there are millions upon millions of other galaxies

now do you honesty think we are alone?

Me, my wife and a friend went out to the back yard to burn one, me and the wife sat on one bench and my buddy was on another one , After about 10 mins the yard lit up like foot ball stadium, me and the wife looked at each other and started freaking out my buddy never moved he was playing with a piece of grass, acted like nothing was happening, at first I thought it was police helicopter, but there was no sound no wind then it shoot up in to space, Me & my wife saw it, but my buddy never saw it and acted like we were trying to play a joke on him. That's been about 10 years ago, and to this day KNOW I what saw, the thing that really freaks me out is my friend sitting 5 feet from me didn't even reacted and said yard never lit up. But when ever I tell this story They ask what I was smoking, yes I was smoking some weed BUT weed does not make see ufos and does not let two people see it at same time.:bandit:

about 20 yrs ago i was with a group of kids 15 of us to be exact , we were walking down the road in the night time. about 11pm from my brothers house to my mothers which was about 4 kms, when a bright light lit up in a field to the right of us. the babysitter ,my sister screamed aliens. and we all started running. as we were running this light lit up the night like it was daytime. it went straight up towards the lil dipper and kept on going until it disappeared. we ranged in age from 7 yrs old to 16 yrs old. this was my experience i was not alone. i do believe in beings other than ourselves in this universe, didn't see any green men , but what we seen took only about 5 minutes to go so far that it disappeared into the stars. . before any one says any thing yes im sane and so are the other 14 people that experienced the same thing, we talk about it once in a while. a once in a life time thing . im a believer because of this experience

You have to smoke weed to see ufos, there are no other ways of seeing them.......keep on blazing m8, and maybe they will abduct you. :ridinghorse:
Make sure you have some extra weed, for peace offering, once your onboard their space ship.......

I saw a ufo fly over hoddesdon power station in may 2008, for just a few seconds, 10.30pm very dark sky just before the storm broke, after you see these, we end up thinking we didnt because of the way society / media has programmed our reluctance to admit it.

When i was a teenager in the 80's my brother an i were in the garden in shirehampton bristol . i remember hes said quick look at this and as i looked up around 40ft in the air moving towards us at this time around 100ft away was 2 very bright pure white lights that you just could not look at, by this point it was getting dark but still a little blue in the sky during a summers evening, it moved towards us and then over the top at what seemed to be jogging speed and then kept on going. we both saw it as it passed being around 30Ft in size dullish grey with a ring on its bottom and a very dim red glow from inside the ring, there was no markings, seems or anything else except the most rememberable thing was pure silence as it passed. I only wish i could have the technology around today to have filmed it as it was that close and clear to see it would have been proof. I have been reluctant to say to people what i have seen as you get laughted at or told it was a plane. IT was no plane , i still have the images in my mind . i dont believe in ghost but super advanced antigravity craft where ever they come from i do believe in i was 40Ft from one and trust it was freightening.

To all who are sceptics dont fob off others, who is to say that they may or may not have seen a ufo, a ufo does not mean little green men in flying saucers! it means that they dont know what they have seen "an Unidentified fly object" and who is to say that our planet is the only one with so-called intelligent lifeforms ? when our planet is a very young planet compared to most other planets by millions of years!
I for one do not think that every person who claims to have seen something that they cannot explain or has no reason why? is tripping!
Narrow minded people have narrow minded views, the same could apply to all bibles and all faiths! can anyone show me god or has anyone ever seen god ? NO! yet most of the world believes in one god or another, people must remember that bibles are man written and as such all stories do get exaggerated as people tend to add bits on in their own versions!
