Argos is the cheapest I've seen.

Buy Mario Kart - Wii. at Argos.co.uk - Your Online Shop for . (http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/5685994/c_1/1|cat_10199869|Nintendo+Wii|10199911/Trail/searchtext%3EMARIO.htm)

It'll only cost you a rental of Zelda - Twilight princess, a small SD card and a DVD-R disc.
