You can buy DVD disc in US dealer if you are register company there, no necesarly be Volvo dealer.

I figured out how to cure this problem. I had to uninstall Firefox as just making Internet Explorer the default web browser wasn't enough.

I have since then reinstalled Firefox while still leaving Internet Explorer as the default and the whole lot is now working sweetly.:champions:
