Hello M8s, again one of yours.
Rover 214 1.4 16V 1997
Problem on this Rover is that i have no fuel from injectors , and have very veak signal for them.
Mosfet who operates them is IRL530, it have god ground, but, when i conect positive (over lamp) to drain ,i have fuel on injectors and car runns fine and drive fine.
Diagnostics is Launch so i dont have many possibilities, but no big DTCs.
Cranking is good , and when i start him from external fuel supply , engine work till have fuel.
Just to say that osci is dead , so i cant measure width of signal

hello m8, i had the same problem a few days a go.the result was ecu change!!the car had this problem only o starting end when it was hot.if i gave power with a test lamp to the injectors the car started and drive good.tried to fix the ecu but without success!if you find a solution pls post to help and others!!!

had similar problem replaced ECU from Ebay and re flashed Eprom.

Have you tried main injection relay in the battery fusebox

Just to advertise that i couldnt repair it. Find broken zeners , but no time for playing.
I swaped ecu.

any indication or diagram on witch zeners is dying,i'm stuck with my rover now for six month, have exactly similar problem,with no way to get the same ?cu

I'm stuck with the same problem on injectors, only when is hot they faill. Someone have right pinout for thisones ? On Autodata they are 24 and 23 but it's hard to folow the line. Thank you

:rock:you dont need exact ecu match, check ebay for an ecu set, should come with an engine ecu, 5as box and fob all coded together and away you go!! a good guy is username alun22bham
