BORA 1999 DASH DUMP DAMAGED

Hi:
I have this Bora to program a key but it isn't possible because the dump from the dash it's corrupted. When I introduce the pincode the dash shows FAIL then does anyone have a coorect dump for this dash? The part no. it's 1J0 919 801L

Here is the dump the car is a VW Bora 1999, and all works fine on the dash the trouble is that isn't possibl to programm a new key.
