UPA USB sample script wanted

Someone has sample UPA USB scripts for me to convert and edit dumps (automatic dec with algo to hex and edit in dump) with a sample calculation for a specific car?
I like to learn a bit about scripting and a complete working sample script will be helpfull.

If your going to code a program, then why do you need a sample source, you only need basic file access to load file, go to a offset read/write ??? or am I misunderstanding what you want to do?

Great idea you've got going here. To take it a little further we instead of a fragmented approach we can all put our heads together and come up with one package with all the sample scripts and maybe even throw a little something for those security protected MCU's.
On my part if anyone is willing to show me what to do, i will be happy to help as i have loads of spare time at the moment.

We then need to make whatever package we come up with unhexable and sell it for 1500 euros or more:proud:

Bytes can be swapped I used a dump made by another programmer. So if reading is incorrect swap bytes. But I think it will be ok.

I said it before and a say once again: these scripts for programmers are the future!!!(ETL also use them from long time ago)
We are only limited at dump-algoritm for new cars , inteligence, imagination and time(at least I am limited):proud:!!

My most wanted script is for hc908 specific to the Renault Espace bcu & dash. One to change the km/mls in the bcu the other to reset the dash to zero. Can it be done?
I have a tacho universal that does not want to work right now ( I seem to be drawn to chinese shit kit) & my Espace needs to go in for mot asap.

There is no auto version detect yet so be carefull which version you choose, if you choose version 3 for example first try if the reading is the same as version 6. If yes then choose version 6. Else choose 3. Same with version 4, if reading verion 4 is okay, try if version 5 reading is also okay. If version 5 reading is also okay then you have a version 5 BSI.
