Get this car soon, do I need to use a can filter for this car or can I use a x12 programmer to zero the EZS?

Yes I know but can I do this EZS with rosfar.

I think you don't understand my question, the question is does the Rosfar tool still works with this EZS or is the EZS changed?

u will need the CAN BLOCKER to do this Car

on 2009 ML the rosfar dont work, as you know from 2007 MB has change the system and only filter works, Rosfar dont work on this car type, 204, ML, S class, and new CLS, use filter and dont touch the EZS, that's my opinion mate.

I had a ML 2007 and E W211 2007 EZS, rosfar still worked, so at this moment there is no other solution.

i may be wrong here but im sure this car has nec micro ie havana etc and the only option is to attach a nec pro /can filter onto the ezs then do the dash .i know the older ones with the 9s12 micros were ok to do by rosfar..hope this helps dr ..and i know smelecom uk are selling them on special for ?80 at the momment

for sure w164 use EZS with NEC uPD850...still impossible to r/w this...

now it is imposible to read ezs type 164 whith mcu nec
