citreon picasso 06 reg edc 16

I have a citreon picasso with a damaged ecu the owner was doing a clutch and let the ecu case touch the battery positive.
the vehicle will not start now i have a second hand ecu my question is can i swap over the immo chip and start this vehicle .
and if so where is the chip on the board the ecu is a bosch edc16c34cem bosch part no 0281011802 thanks

Swap eproms. Immo off is not posible on edc16 only with emulator.
