Imo of is NOT solution you needed.
Check all fuses.
How it hapen ??? car stop while is in driving, or car was OK and when you try to start then you had a problem.
Does some made repairing on something before you?
.....?
Also, before an year customer of mine had problem with tuareg and he go in official service, problem was cosely same, nothing on screen, i do not remember what was working, but in service they change dashboard.

Hi
According to your scan report it looks like you don't have communication with most of the modules, there for i would advise you to check all fuses and relays and mostly the fuse box which is in the engine bay, check that fuse box for water or any damp in there.
Hope This Helps

I looked over the codes you got. First thing i would do is wire the brake pedal switch to what is should be. Then check where the power comes in. Either something has got wet or a main fuse is bad. remember the person before you was lost and most likely cause more bad than good. Always check basics cause computers are stupid and only do what they are told. Good luck
