I think he is talking about part number ...u will not need that.
There are alot of part numbers like:
13 138 246
24 469 306
24 469 305
24 441 224
Lited as (NO.) on radio label.

Hi
The set is on SAFE...The customer did not inform me of this when he handed it over!!! I only found out when I plugged it into the car!
So....can someone clear the attempts on the dump for me please.

Your dump uploaded is already showing a maximum of 10 attempts.
I reckon you're already aware of correct code entry procedure.
i.e ignition on (battery light showing on dash) - power radio
on while pressing 'AS' button display should change from
'SAFE' to '10 ----".
If this is not happening - check and make sure you have
both ignition & permanent feeds to the ISO connector.
