red light on opcom on all the time and not communicating

hello all,

i am new round here, had my opcom for nearly 2 years now, never had a problem with it. had the eml on my car come on today, linked it all up and the red light is on all the time and its not communicating.

i have not used it since upgrading my computer. i am now running windows 7. the program does run up ok but its just the dongle unit thingy:proud::proud:



any help appreciated

Hi, I'm a new member, I too have problems with OPCOM but I do not know if the problem is the OPCOM or the car. can anyone tell me if that communication is blocked on my Astra H bought in May 2010? I have not done the first control in the dealership, perhaps after the unlock? as the times are set in advanced settings of 'OPCOM?
