edc15,you can read the ecm bin with some cheap hardware/software....and when you have the bin use another program to turn immob off......

used laptop
obd2 kline cable, usb(ftdi232r) or rs232 and use vagk+can 1.4/2.5 (without CAN) and do dash/ecu/diagnostic..

If you need hand device, go and buy it.
