mini or bmw reusing remote head key

is there a way to save and reuse remote head keys for mini or bmw (which use the same boards for keyless entry)? the transponder is a phillips 73 .can i remove the coil to block the transponder and add a 44 wedge chip in its place? is there a way to unlock a 73 ?

so the transponder that is intagrade does not program the remote at the same time as the transponder? just like chrysler cars? that mean i can remove the coil and replace it
with a 44. what can be done with there proxy system?
