Bmw Gt1 connection problem

I've recently buyed an bmw gt1 (yellow multiplexor) with dis v55 running on vmware. He didn't proided me any clear instructions so i've tried to make it by myself. I have a problem with connection. i enter administration from dis, than connection setup and all buttons are disabled. Nothing appears on free diagnostic head window. What should i set on dis to make it see the multiplexor? What should be the local area network ip subnet mask and default gateway? Thank's in advantage.

The first thing you need to do is disable all virus and firewall protection. Go into "administration" and then "connection setup". From there click on "Connecting" you should then see the interface listed under the picture of the two yellow boxes. Go back to main menu and try to use interface.

I've disabled antivirus and firewall and i still have connecting button disabled on connection setup
