I need help for starting a BMW 528i from '97, EWS 3, mask 2D47J, EEPROM memory is erased, how can program a new key?. I have the TMpro2, XProg m and EWS edit.

Since 2D47J mcu is erased, may be you used wrong programmer to read and it erased mcu, hence get another used EWS from scrap yard. perform DME/EWS synchronization. Then use your xprog to read 2d47j and use ews programmer to write new key to pcf7935 chip (id 44 key for benz/bmw). You can write stored bin of 2D47J to old mcu to restore data and you have spare EWS for another car.
