I have problem with EZS W203 286 905 03 in Mercedes.
Inside 2 x Motorola 4J74Y for mileage,and other for key i think.
Keys are not recognized of EZS
is necessary make new dump for keys? or repair dump?
I have 2 keys with same problem.
I read with etl 2 mcu,eprom and flash...

The Ds5250 loses power loses Data. Has been crack chip not tango. They update firmware about every every other update. Good tool just getting tired of buying thing that over lap just to get a extra option or 2.

Yes you are right, IC RAM DS5250 like a "time bomb" that will turn off the device itself if the battery runs out or disconnected from the board Tango.

Hi!

needed a datasheet for this chip.

this is from a 2001 audi tt cluster.
base station chip for immo transponder.
i got a "01128 fault code- Immo Pickup coil"
verified signal from coil is not present.

any info for this chip will be helpful.

V2 management system.I have no output stage to the coil.Here is a pic of the final stage transistor which is built in to the ECU.
