peugeot 1.4 hdi immo

The car is peugeot 206 year 2006 engine 1.4hdi ecu is EDC16C34 . Inside is eeprom 95160 . Can anyone help me with immo off?

Immo off doesent work on this car. Only virgin dump an then reprogramm keys with pp2000.
