Hi all,

wondering if anyone can help, my wife has an O2 SE S500i payg and would like to use it with a vodafone sim card.

I thought all O2 phones were unlocked but obviously not as the phone asks for the correct sim when the vodafone one is inserted.

Anyone know how to unlock it or the best place online or local to East Kilbride, nice and cheap mind!

Thanks in advance :D

Only O2 contract phones are unlocked jigga!

Someone said there's a guy down the town centre that's unlocking phones...outside Savers or the 'Tash.

I used to use a website called 'SRD-Unlocking.co.uk' but it doesn't seem to be there anymore. The guy's still got an ebay account...

..maybe you could send him a message. You send the phone to him, he unlocks it and sends it back the next day, ?8 + initial postage to him and that's it. Used it a few times, no probs.
