espace tms vith upa usb

hi all i am trying to read tms 370c756 vith upa usb from renult espace y1997 and i am having problems i cant read it. i have had put it in the reading socket and it says vpp outh of range.what did i do wrong.i have attached some pictures so if anywon culd help me i wuld be gratefull.

do you clean the legs the mcu before you put at the socket?
when we use flux to desolder we need to clean the mcu

you can read eproms and other mcus fine?
you just try to put the mcu back and try the cluster at the car?

If I remember correctly you need a look up table for this dash mate (but I have been known to be wrong ..)... I am lol

I tried to read with UPA +TMS adapter, but I can't read.

I can't found the " stop on error bottom "
