key number from vin?

Hi all,just brought a stolen recovered transit 2003 t280 with no keys,the local ford stealer says they will have to dissasemble one of the locks to find the key number! at a cost of ?150,the vin is wfovxxbdfv3k76422,does anyone know if its possible to find the key number from this as then i can get one cut and coded,cheers all Paul m3vuv

You wont get it from the vin mate, but you will with this.

I have one,there a little bit tricky at the start,but you get used to them.
