2009 / 2010 Hyundai GENESIS key programm

Hello guys!!!

Is there any procedure to reprogram FOB key for 2009 / 2010 Hyundai Genesis ?? Looks like the original lost pairing with the vehicle after crash repairs.... or as usual customer lies to us and that key came off an e-bay auction.

Any advise??
