ive entered the keys in the starview 4 usb however every channel says

data is being updated in a blue info panel any ideas??

Make sure that you have entered the correct keys for your provider. Turn the box off from the back switch then turn it back on.

telewest area provider id 54 01

keys from datadrome verified twice by missus to make sure there right still the same thing.

TW is not 54 01 it is 5A 01 for the ID.
