motorola mask 1L40K
pin 23: BKGD
40: GND
41: VDD
42: RESET

Did you revirgin the bcm fiat with car prog, or change immo ?

I try with carprog 8.21, but i don't found the Mcu 1L40k in the software
can you help me ?

read with UPA (4 wires to connect) , or you can try with Smok (but not always work)
