Golf4 need code to change mileage

I tried yesterday do the Golf4 '02 by the vagtacho 3.01 and I connected to dashboard (bosh/motometer RB8/PBV) but need to know second code, vagtacho saying ''if you dont know the PIN press scan'' and my question is how long can take it?? Because after 5min still scanning and nothing. That's normal it take so long time and always working ??

What is other way to get this code??

What is other way to get this code??

charge your battery and it takes max 50 minutes. Or take cluster out and program cluster direct.

If you had diga you could choose RB8 fast and you could program mileage in 5 seconds.

vhen i have golf i do it directly by eeprom it takes about 20 minutes

when you say towards the end, at what numbers do you skip to?

when it asks for pin i put it to 80%
