is a peugeot 206 airbag reset the same a citroen saxo

hi guys mate of mine as asked if i can reset his airbag light on his pug 206 on a x plate thing i dont a pug tool but i do have a 10 in 1 airbag tool that can do citroen saxo xsara and xantia what i need to know is the pug 206 airbag reset the same as a citroen saxo.

Has car been in i bump or is it just fault codes ?? if just fault codes then yes your tool will work, if crash data then eeprom has to be removed and post dump here someone from forum will remove crash data for you .

thanks mate no bump on car just has the airbag light on the dash i was just thing i am sure that this tools was ment to be able to clear crash data aswell.

just a update finaly got my hand on the car again dont the wouldnt connect so would take it then that the citroen and peugoet system are different.

think i need to buy some more tools :D just dont tell the mrs :roflmao:
