my friends Open media 500cs box recently not showing any channels both side sat and cable,im sure 100%% tuner faulty ,if tuner faulty mean both c s so is there any way to fix it and where from he can get tuner and which one please help

he can send it back to where he got it from m8 am sure it wil still be under warranty
