Hi. We have a problems of finding
someone locally (Europe,Baltic states) who would have a knowledge and tools to code new keys
for the car . The fact is that we are replacing engine in our car
(Audi S4 2003, ME7.5) with the engine from Audi RS4 (
MED 9.1) Year 2006/2007. Both engines were originally designed for the
same chassis (Audi A4) only with the exception that RS4 engine has
FSI. The new engine (RS4) came without the ECU's and instrument panel,
therefore we bought a set of Motronic ECU's and Instrument cluster,
that came from one unique car.The problem is that the seller didn't
sold the kit with keys included.
We have all ready wired up the RS4 engine wiring harness to the
corresponding wiring to the interior of the car (necessary connection
for the instrument cluster, fuse/relay box, AC,
clutch/brake/accelerator sensors etc.), but has not started it yet.
The instrument cluster for the new engine is type RB8 (I haven't
looked for the ID of the S4 engine instrument cluster, but both
connectors behind the cluster ,of course, are the same type).
Is there someone, who could make
new keys for the car or program the ECU's with the IMMO disabled?
Thanks!
