VECTRA-C ECU PROBLEM HELP NEED

I HAVE VECTRA-C gasoline engine in my workshop i changed ecu but car wont to start how to programme ecu ?please have some info anybody share it here

what engine , what ecu inside ?

You need Op-com to match the ecu and the immobilizer.
Or take it to a dealer.

DEALER told 10000 usd to start the car
i think dealer is gone crazy better to dont start if any help from DK then i can try to start the car

is this a used or new ecm ?
ALSO YOU WILL NEED OPCOM OR TECH 2 TO MARRY ECM TO THE CAR
